Terroir : The vineyards are located in Barsac on the alluvion plateau on the riverbank of the Garonne river.
Grape variety : Sémillon & Sauvignon.
Harvesting : Manual harvest with a strict selection of the best bunches when there are perfectly ripe.
Winemaking : The grapes are delicately pressed. After a brief cold soak, the must starts fermenting in thermo-regulated stainless tanks to keep a fine freshness and reveal all the delicate aromas of Sémillon.
Production : 10 000 bottles.
Tasting notes : Beautiful pale yellow robe. This wine delivers fine aromas of citrus fruits. The attach is frank and is followed by citrus aromas with a nice freshness.
Food pairing : This white wine can be served as an aperitif. It can be drunk with a white meat, goat cheese, grilled fish, seafood together with oysters.
