Terroir : The vineyards are located in Barsac on the alluvion plateau on the riverbank of the Garonne river.
Grape variety : Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot.
Harvesting : At the perfect maturity.
Winemaking : The grapes are delicately pressed directly after the picking. The must is fermented in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks to keep the fine freshness and reveal the fruity notes of the wine.
Production : 6 000 bottles.
Tasting notes : Beautiful pale-rosy robe, this wine delivers fine aromas of black fruits (blackcurrent, raspberry). The attack is round then it gives way to notes of fruits with floral touches together with a fine lively finish and an ample zest.
Food pairing : This friendly wine can be opened on all occasions with friends as an aperitif or a barbecue on the first summer days.
