In 2008 she settled as a young farmer on the estate and took over Château Simon’s cellar. Anne-Laure draws on family knowledge and an instinct for wine that has developed through the generations.
She nurtures the purest of terroirs & varieties, producing the perfect balance in all our wines whilst showcasing the core values of Château Simon.
« Wine is produced in the fields, not in the cellar. The wine maker responsibility is to sublimate terroirs & aromas »
