Terroir : The vineyards are located in the commune of Budos: gravel, stones with sand, slit and clay.
Grape variety : 100% Sémillon.
Harvesting : Handpicking with meticulous care. Only the overriped berries and grapes are selected. (Botrytis Cinereas).
Winemaking : The botrytised grapes are delicately pressed. After a brief cold soak, the must is fermented in thermo-regulates stainless steel tanks to keep a fine freshness and reveal the lively finesse of Semillon.
Production : 3 000 bottles.
Tasting notes : With a golden robe this wine has a nose of delicate fresh white fruits. The palate has notes of apricot with a touch of citric fruits. This wine is at the same time full-bodied and fresh.
Food pairing : This wine will be perfect for an aperitif with Roquefort feuilleté. It will accompany white meats, spicy dishes, chicken curry and traditionnal foie gras.
